Replacing old for new - Fence and sliding gate

Would like to get quote for replacing existing timber fence and sliding gate with new vinyl fence and new automatic sliding gate. Exisitng sliding gate is approx 3.5m long. Fence is approx 19m. Existing fence and gate is leaning due to wind damage. Would also like to see if fence is repairable and cost of what this would be. Will require a report of damage fence and quote for insurance purposes.
