Repairing privacy fence from wind damage

A section of a privacy fence between our house and our neighbour has been blown loose on one side during a storm. The loose section is around 1 metre tall, 1.5 metres wide. We think it just needs to be nailed/screwed back into place. The rail/plank on top of the loose section also needs to be reattached.
