Timber Fence needed

Hello I am looking for some quotes for redoing my front yard fence. We have a very unstable fence currently and have dogs on the property. We are looking at options in which we can prevent the dogs from digging out such as a concrete base. I can send photos of the current fence via email if that is suitable.
