2.95m wide metal fence with gate required

We have a 2.95 metre space where we need a 1.2m high fence and gate installed similar to the one pictured and as its on grass between our house and an old fence. This may need concrete to be installed on? you guys are the experts here... We would like this done in the coming month or sooner .
