Wooden fence and car park safety barrier
Job description
There is a section of fence and part of a car park crash barrier that I would like to be reinstated, together with the replacement of 2 wooden fence palings. I attach some photos of the sections of the fence in question. I would like: (i) the section of the original wooden fence that was removed (outlined in red) to be reinstated in a standard style, similar to that to the left of it. The new section of fence is to cover the height and length of the area identified, including the door between our property and that of our neighbour. Before installing the fence, we would need you to seal the door closed from our side to ensure that it cannot be opened and then erect the fence in front of it so that there is no point of access between the two properties. The section of the fence marked in red measures approx 4.3m across and 2.17m high; (ii) the missing section of the car park crash barrier to be replaced; and (iii) 2 fence palings along the existing wooden fence to be replaced. Please note that I have already advised the owners of the neighbouring property of the works to be undertaken.
