Pool fencing along a drive way

We need a fence installed to make our drive way safe for the kids to ride their bikes. The driveway is elevated above the bus below and the drop is almost 5m in places. We had a builder come and give us a full quote for materials and labour costs which I'm happy to provide. He promised it would be done by xmas however he has gone rouge on us and hasn't shown up to do the work. Sadly I don't see it being completed so am advertising to get this done for summer.
