Job description
Increase fence height for privacy and child proof. Details: Build 1 block pillar on angle part of fence. Add one more block to 9 pillars and fill with concrete. Fit capping block x9. Remove fence rails, move bracket for right spacing. Re fit fence rails and add new rails to top row. Build 1 block pillar and gate against house as per drawings. (incl hinges & lock) - Install new Letterbox (we will purchase) - We will paint new railings black.

I cannot fault Neil on anything. He showed thoughtfulness with the unique design using "mortise and tenon" saved us money and gave us the finished look we wanted. Great communications from start to finish keeping me up to speed via text. Well done!
