Fence, Shed and Attic Stairs

Please could we have someone replace our garage roof man hole to attic access stairs, build a kit set garden shed on piles and complete a section of boundary fence (20ish meters) and a short fence and gate between house and fence (5ish meters) Red line is fence and fence gate ( 35 degree ish incline up to house) Blue is garden shed but may move further into the property along bottom fence. Fencing and gate are high on the priority list for dog proofing
