Screen on deck - fence panel - hand front door

We've got a couple of odd jobs: 1) Screen on deck - please see photos and ideas. We want to fence/screen part of our deck, including some decorative screens. Front view of area to be screened and view from down the driveway plus two generic examples what it could look like 2) We have a wooden fence and need one extra panel on the side of the house 3) We have a new front door and needs hanging, including hinges, door lock mechanism etc
