Yard upgrade

I am looking for someone who can remove some small stumps along a fence line then I would like to replace 3 boundary fences and install a sliding gate possibly automatic depending on cost. After the fences are complete I would like a Large garden shed built preferably wooden. I have seen a kit set that is available, but not sure if it will fit in my space as I dont know all the rules and regulation. So looking for advise on this.
