Fence Fix

We have roughly 6m of our fence which is rotten at the base and falling over. The rest of the fence seems intact, it is rotting in one area due to water getting trapped by the retaining wall behind it. We would like this portion repaired to match the rest of the fence if possible with some more suitable footings. We also want some garden boxing and decking replaced, will post in a separate job.
