2 x Driveway Gates

We have 2 homes side-by-side each requiring manual gates across their respective driveways: House A: a c.3m wide driveway opening, slight uphill incline. Open to suggestions here if a slider isn't optimal. Want to minimize any encroachment into the parking pad itself as want to be able to stack two cards here. House B: a c.6m wide driveway opening, pretty flat. imagine a sliding gate for the full width of opening. Refer to attached pics. Any questions happy to discuss.
