Installation of 34m of aluminium fence (post and panel) Method 1) 2 (approx. 10m) sides, fence to be screwed onto existing 35mm decking. One one side the fence panels will need to be cut in half and post number doubled to increase fence stability. This is due to decking running perpendicular and so only one side of post flange can be screwed through to joist. Other side part of decking runs parallel, 2 strips will need to be removed and replaced following install batons for screwing posts into. 2) Side 3 (approx 13m) will be installed onto tile topped concrete piers sunk into lawn. The piers are already in place. Materials The fence parts and screws are already on site. The wood for batons/joists is not. I am happy to purchase so ready on site but it will need to be cut to length. Power tools maybe needed, skill saw and masonry drill. Programme/Resources This could be a 2 person job to help with plumb lines. I am happy to help. Picking it is less than - up to 1 days work.
