Boundary fence

I want a boundary fence built across an easement - about 10 metres (from one fence to the other in the photo). Part of an existing fence (about 5 metres) may be able to be used. I would like an existing gate used as part of the fence. It is not urgent but I would like it done in the not-too-distant future.
