Big dog fence

I need to fence both sides of my section. Each side is about 45m of fencing, so 90m altogether. The back of the section is already fenced, and the front has the house on it. I am wanting to have 100mm x 100mm posts with wire mesh fencing. Some of the section has Poplar trees and I'm wondering if they could be used as fence posts I also want a gate to be able to get out of the yard if needed. I am wanting to build a 5-6 foot fence. Most of the section is flat, except for the front of the section which is steep, and on one side there are bushes which I will need to clear.
