New build - timber fence

We are building a new house in bluff, looking for prices to do perimeter fencing in timber and three gates. Photos show house plan. Would like fence along the frontage (This is north) with gate to walk to front of house, to the west, fencing to just past the deck with a gate to close off next to the house and to the east (Bedroom side), fencing down to the deck and a gate as per the west, however then fence would continue down to the end of the garage. Site is currently cleared. Would like fence as high as allowed as we have dogs. Front is approximately 18m length, east would be approximately 40m, west would be approximately 20m.
