New small fence and gate around outside steps

I need a very small fence or tralis and gate put around some concrete steps that go down to our garage from the back yard. Is it to keep our toddler and baby from going down them (as there is a glass door at the bottom). I’ll have the plants trimmed right back before you come. Also need our TV secured to our entertainment unit. I have straps that I purchased specifically for this. Edit - no longer required to do the TV secure as I managed to do.
