Dog restraint posts

I am on the Hutt City Council northern community panel. We are looking at installing dog tethers around Stokes Valley/Taita/Pomare areas to enable people to tether their dogs while ducking into shops etc. There are some sites that will require a 100mmx100mmx1200mm wooden post to be installed and concreted in. These are either into grass/bark chip or pavers areas, so no jack hammers required! I need to cost out the full job and am asking if you would be prepared to supply an estimate of the cost to do this (labour and materials) per post. An estimate range would be acceptable at this stage, as I know how hard it is to quote without knowing the site details. If you are interested in the work, once we have decided which sites to go for, I could send you specifics for a formal quote. There are less than 10 sites that will require post installation. We also have to go through a review process with the council, so the job is at least a couple of months away.
