Boundary and deck fencing

Hi we are looking for a fence on our boundary to go in front of a large hedge. Approx 10m long. Wanting pool type fencing to sit in front of the exisiting hedge. The property backs onto railway line and living hedge doesn’t ensure pets etc can’t get onto the railway line. Also wanting a ballastrade added to existing deck (to replace our very temporary plastic solution) with a set of stairs built to one side of deck. Ballastrade approx 4.7m
