New Residential Fence- flat easy access site
Job description
Gidday, I've got neighbours' verbal permission to replace the existing 11.5m low 1.5m fence with a new 1.8m fence. Please refer to supplied sketch with specifications and basic price breakdown request. You will only ever have to communicate with me and are guaranteed payment from me as I will be liase with the neighbours. Site is flat with easy access on both sides. Plenty of room for setting out and room for vehicle and trailer parking directly in front of unit. Ground is easy to dig as is quite soft. I'll remove a couple of shrubs to give easy access. No special plants that anyone need be concerned about on the unit 30 side as will be replanting. Quote to include removal and disposal of existing low (1.5m) trellis fence. First section is to be 4m at 1.5m palings with a 300mm framed trellis. Remaining 7.5m to be 1.8m palings alternating front and backside between posts spaced 1.9m apart. Also 3.2m of 300mm trellis to be installed along gate frontage in three sections. Please see my sketch for details. All timber rough sawn. Palings to be 25mm thick Posts 2.7m, --- . Rails --- (ish?) H3.2 Concrete around all posts. Please be aware that the wind can be strong here so needs to be a decent amount. Galv flats, nail gun all good. Trellis- fully rebated framed, 10mm diagonal squares, stainless steel staples Address is unit 30, 18 King St, Petone. Please let me know your earliest start and completion dates. Happy to pay 30% deposit on signing and 70% immediately (within 24hrs) of completion. Keen to get this built as soon as possible. Thank you.

Two years on and the trellis fence is still looking straight and good! Not the cheapest price of the available offers but the quality made it worthwhile. Fixed price job. Work was completed without fuss and ontime.
