Fencing front yard

We are looking to enclose our front yard (to keep toddler in and possibly an average size dog in future) with a basic timber fence. Will need 2 gates, one close to footpath and another at side of house. I have attached a photo of the front of the property. We don't want to enclose driveway. There is also a fire hydrant to the right of the letter box, so I assume fence has to behind that. I've tried to do a rough measure and it's between 25-30 metres total of fencing. Although there is a section of the right side where there is a concrete wall so will need some advice on what to do there, I didn't take that into consideration when measuring. We don't have a absolute time frame but ideally before the end of the year.
