Job description
Boundary fence between neighbours has rotted, is leaning over and needs replacing. It is covered by vine (Pic 1). Length is 7m on a flat section. Pic 2 is taken above the rotten section, with the drawn line showing the original fence line, with the fence leaning to the left. Pic 3 is of the palings in the section to be removed. The replaced section is to match other existing fence sections (Pic 4). Construction is rough sawn posts 1.8 high above ground set approx. 1.8 m apart. Horizontal paling between posts with a 30 mm square strips inserted to give a panel look. Has 4x2 capping, with post caps. Access to site is via adjoining neighbours property. Access is flat drive on to within 10 m of fence to enable demo, removal and construction. Access and fence replacement has been agreed. Work required urgently. There is supplementary work available

Despite some wet and wild weather, job was completed within 3 days. Where unforeseen items came up, these were discussed and options outlined. Final build is great and has maintained style of existing fences. Price is competitive and Trevor is great to deal with. Would engage again.
