We lost the part of the fence with the neighbors during a storm Replacement fence is to be 12m in length Posts (H4) at 1 5m spacing, 3 rails (50x100), 1800x25mm pailings Fence capping for 12m The fence will join to the existing fence at one end and to a brick abutment at the other The ground requires removal of paving bricks to allow a concrete mowing strip around the posts Posts are expected to be 2.4m. There is a storm water drainage pipe approx 3m in from road (exact location not known) to avoid Rail fixings to Posts to be 100mm batten screws (galv) Site is clear and level. Site power and water are availiable Site fencing is in place at the moment and old fence has been removed and disposed of.
