Fence decorating and electric gate

There is some photos showing you some ideas regarding how I want a layer on top of my fence (These are just ideas, we want a new look but cost effective). We only have a rough idea on how much the material would cost at Bunnings. Also we need an electric gate. Too busy taking care of kids and work so can't DIY (can't DIY electric gate anyway, haha). Will also want some ideas on pricing for another big project which will happen half a year later.
