Remote Gate opener

Need gate to be repaired . Hinges on both sides are rusty - top and bottom. Also noted that - both pillars have been checked -they are hollow inside. - Preference - need new steel poles imbedded behind each pillar for old gate to be hinged . - will need new 2 new swing arms and a new motor/electric box., 4 remotes . - company must provide electrical safety certificate on completion. - I was thinking about using a remote gate automatic kit ? I am open to ideas. must have safety beam in place . There is a slight slope noted in the driveway. I want the gate to be fixed properly and not patched. Want job to be done ASAP - before Christmas.
