Keep my kid safe fence

We need a fence at the front of our property for privacy and to keep our toddler safe. It will need a gate. Open to options on type/style of fence, but hoping for something that is structurally solid but will still let some light through. Photo of the area and approx dimensions attached. We are trying to maximize the lawn on the fenced side which is why it's not just straight across. *Budget is just a guess obviously we are looking for quotes.
