temporary fencing max 1.5 metres for my dog,then permanent fencing.

Hi. I am moving into my house in Pukenui end of April, May lst. To start with so he and I can move in and be safe, just want to put up some fencing at the back of the house so he can stretch his paws and do his toileting and not be in the way when I move in. Then want to discuss & work out permanent fencing -keep the back area still fenced but more permanent- the back wall that is fence already is a bit of hodge podge so get this sorted and then fence off across the property put in gate etc. Needs to be Council compliant -legal I undertand 1.5 metres or less. My dog is a 9kg foxy huntaway cross. He can jump up but doesnt jump over fences.
