Manufacture fence and install or install premade.

We recently removed a hedge and we would like to replace it with a balustrade similar to an existing fence. There is a drop over over 1 metre so needs to be complaint with regulation. The new fence to be an L shape, 1 metre x 1 metre. Depending on cost, manufacture fence similar to the existing fence, or install premade fence. There is a fence at Mitre10 that could work: Guardian Aluminium Perimeter Panel" Preferably concrete the fence in to the existing concrete path, or bolt. The 1st pic is the existing fence, the second is where the new fence goes which currently has blocks for safety.
