Replace Existing Fence

Looking to replace an existing fence that is bordering 4 properties including my own. and is approximately 31.5m long. The existing fence is losing to the vine next door and will need to be removed. Wanting it to be replaced with a 1.2m high wooden fence. No digging required, just needs to be bolted to the side of a retaining wall. Won't be in a position to confirm the job until all properties are in agreement, urgency will depend on other owners, but I'm not in any hurry.
