Straight forward Fence Build

We're moving into a house on 5 September and need a fence built ideally that day, to either side of the house and about 1m at the back (the bit built with sticks shown in the photos). I don't have measurements yet but should get them today. Photos attached for a rough idea. Fence over the driveway will need a gate in it, the other side doesn't. I'd like the fence to ideally be a style a smidge more interesting than straight up and down palings but budget conscious too so open to suggestions. I would prefer the fencing not to be 6ft, I'd love to be able to see over it, but we have two dogs that can spring up from the floor to the back of the couch so I'm thinking 5ft?
