I am wanting to replace the low, block (quake-damaged) fence around my front yard with a plain, affordable 6ft (or thereabout) wooden fence - just the simplest/cheapest/easiest option. Block fence will be gone, but the foundation of it will still be there. Not sure if this is a problem. Am happy to arrange times for tradespeople to view/measure.
