Hinges smashed in high winds 17/10

Yesterday my teenager forgot to latch the gate back, with the high winds it has pushed the gate right back, bending the latch, screwing the hinges, and making it impossible to get them back in place. Hoping it's a simple change of hinges, bend the latch back, replace the one board, and put it back up. This fence leads to my back yard which keeps my dogs in so needs to be done asap. Wanting to know if it's cheaper to fix or go through insurance and replace.
