Fence and pedestrian gate

I am wanting to fence in the back of my unit with timber if possible. The previous owner pulled the fencing that existed down. The area is 2.3 x 2.6 roughly and a pedestrian gate is also required. Height 1.8m to match the height of the part of the fence still remaining shown in the left of the picture. Not the best images but the planter box would be removed before fencing in. No particular timeframe, happy to wait. Boxes in picture are temporarily keeping in a small dog. Fence is not needed to be painted.
