Re-hang gate

Our wrought iron gate was taken down when a section of our driveway was repaired. We have tried to re-hang it but it's not great. We now have a puppy and so we need to re-hang the gate so the gap underneath it is much smaller, so the puppy can't get out. The driveway is on a slight slope. The sooner we can get this done, the better.
