Replacing wheels on driveway gates

We have second hand driveway gates that need replacing. We believe that the ones on are too small and just won't turn and gauge concrete and stick. Could be we need 2 sets or inflatable ones so as the open and close with ease and quietly. Sadly the plonker who hung the gates and done this has basically done a runner ☹️. My elderly parents don't feel safe now with all the carry on in Christchurch now. They are not rich and can't afford to be ripped off. The gates are quite long made of wood with a metal frame.
