An existing concrete block fence, approximately 27 m in length & 2.2 m height ( varies) on a concrete foundation, retaining soil on one side of approximately 1 m, needs to be demolished. Foliage has been removed and access is good. The replacement fence is to be colour steel on a foundation . It could be that the foundation does not require replacement ( it does not appear to be damaged,), and can be used as the weight of a steel fence would be significantly less.
