Security gates Repair

These are manual gates that I have backed into with my car whilst opened, bending one side quite badly. Looks like the metal tubing will need to be cut and a new piece re-welded in. Basically just looking to get it back to new, without replacing the whole gate. Will definitely need welding skills - photos should be clear, but if you are after further information please get in touch.
