Replace rotten front fence (approx. 25m) incl. pedestrian gate

I’m looking for a fencing contractor to replace an old wooden fence at a rental property in Addington. The existing fence is around 30 years old and very rotten, so it needs full replacement. The fence runs along the front boundary and also includes an additional section that wraps around the parking space. Total length is approx. 25m (measured online, so will need to be confirmed on site). Includes 1x pedestrian gate. Scope (expected): Site visit to measure/confirm layout and discuss options Remove and dispose of existing fence and posts Supply and install new fence and posts/footings Supply and install 1x pedestrian gate (incl. hinges/latch) Leave site tidy on completion As it’s a rental, I’m looking for the best value for money and would welcome suggestions that improve durability and/or reduce cost (e.g. fence style/material options, post spacing, finishes). Please provide an itemised quote (materials/labour/disposal) where possible, and advise your availability/lead time.
