New Boundary Fence plus Front Fence and Gate

Hi there, two parts to this: 1. Standard Timber Boundary fence (approx. ~35m long & 1.8 m high) 2. Front Fence & gate The length of the fence is 9.6 m with the gate distance being 3.6 m. Our home is on a fairly busy road and therefore reducing noise and increasing privacy would be key. As with most things, cost is very important too. At this stage my feeling is that a lapped and capped fence would be the best approach, however I am happy to hear suggestions.
