Complete a fencing job

This job is to complete a 1.8 meter high picket fence and gates. One gate is a walk-through gate the other is a set of gates for drive-through access. The span of the fenceline is 14m with a mowing strip also. In a separate area, there is another 5m drive-through Gate / fence area which also requires finishing in the same pickets and style . All of the posts are in, concreted and the railings are also done. All materials are here on site - based off the first landscape builders fence/gate design and material order. Unfortunately that landscape builder is new to CHB - has personal business issues, so was unreliable and didn’t communicate honestly about their intent or commitment in finishing our job - and they have walked off into the sunset so we have been left in the lurch. We have other jobs to be completed as well such as building a doorstep, building a Z frame door, fitting and hanging another door and replacing some weatherboards and skirtings.
