Front boundary fence and gate

We are wanting to fence the front of our property. We're thinking just very plain wooden paling, perhaps about 1.2m high, with gaps between paling. Our front boundary is aprox 17m long of fencing (10m one side of driveway, 7m on the other side). We also envisage hanging a farm gate, and a pedestrian gate, across the driveway. The photo below is not the actual site but an idea of the type of fence we're hoping for.
