Timber gate

Hi, We'd like to gate off the side of our house. The width between the house and fence is 4.3m. We're thinking of two gates that meet in the middle, a total of 3.8m wide and 1.6 high. With a plank or two of fence between the gate posts and the house/fence if needed. We want to know if someone can make and install this. (if possible we can discuss painting it white). We also need a small gate approx 1.2m wide and maybe 1m high to gate off the other side of the house. I attached photos of where the big gate will go and also photos of gates we like (we need to make sure a small child can't climb it!). Budget of about $1000 for the big gate. Thanks :)
