Pool fence and gate compliance fixes

1. Lift two sections of pool fence (by moving bolt positions) to achieve a gap of 100mmm from tiled surface so fence height is 1.2m height. 2. Face fix on the outside of the pool gate by screwing or bolting a flush panel (perspex?) or similar to height of 1.2m above tiled pool ground level (same level as raised fence sections)
