Privacy fence backyard

I am looking for a solution to fence up the L shaped backyard (without demolishing the neighbours panels) with a door accessing from carpot.. I am open for ideas like trellies panel too if the cost is lower. Can you give me the the estimated cost to the proposed solution. Ps : unsure if there is any underground pipes/rocks.... Thanks
