Common fencing + gates
Job description
Hi. We are set of units / townhouses with a boundary area that is common for access. The current fencing and gates are rotten through and we are keen to get them replaced. We are looking for a smart yet economical solution. Attached pages are the current situation, site photos. Some ideas about potential fencing look and feel, but really open to a conversation from the technical experts about what would be the best solution. And lastly a drawing for the site and measurements to show lengths, number of potential posts etc. I know this isn't a massive job, but looking to see who has capacity to take this on and some ideas about pricing etc.

Was a small little job, but turned out to be a little tricky also. Mark was great at problem solving to come up with solutions to get the job done. He has a good eye for design and layout, so worked with me to get the best looking fence and outcome. So we are all very happy with the final result. He was a man down for a day or so, so things took a little bit longer. But Mark was able to push a few things around to make sure they finished the job in a timely manner.
