Electric steel gate frame with wood

Hello. I require an electric gate to be built for the entrance of our driveway. It will have to be steel-framed due to the length with wooden pains. I am working from home so can help with the labour. The height is 1.8m and the width of fence will have to be 3.95m. The gate should run down the side of the fence. I’ve attached an image of the gap. Note there are stones which keep spilling onto the footpath, I can move them but we might need to work out how to stop them/ a solution so stop the gate.
