Fence & Gate Needed for Dog

Hello, I would like a fence with gate built thats suitable to create an outside area for a dog. I’d like to be able to keep the dog outside when I’m not at home and not escape. The fence and gate needs to be placed over concrete and will run between a deck and storage shed (See photos). Ideally the new fence should not look too out of place with the aesthetics of the property. I’m open to different options with regards to the materials that would be used . The distance between the shed and deck is a fraction over 3 meters. I'm hoping this project be done for between $900 - $1400.
