Hi, we would like to construct a wooden paling fence, either 1.2m or 1.8m high, along the 23m back boundary of our rental property. The neighbour is a housing NZ property. For them to agree to share the cost, the fence has to be built to their standards. --- And we need two quotes. So if you have experience in working with Housing NZ, that would be an advantage. Timing depends on Housing NZ process. Property vacant now
