Wire boundary fence to be installed

Wanting a wire mesh fence (chain netting) to be installed along the lower boundary of our section approximately 60 meters. No permits gained yet, may only be accessible from our side of the section for installation of fence. Unsure if the neighbour will grant access on the other side. There is significant bush and plants blocking the area and will also need to be cleared before installing the fence.
