Screen fencing in front of existing fence

Hi , as per photos our neighbours trees have grown up and do not provide privacy anymore . We are unable to grow anything here as it’s in the boundary and has concrete for pool area there . We would like something ( not sure what ) to give us privacy here in keeping with hedging ( we do not want fake hedging ) we would want it to be placed in front of existing boundary fence . Just this section , it’s roughly 5 metres .
